Cause right now, im leaning towards the following for The Explorer: Battered cod Lemon aioli Splash of malted vinegar Shredded cabbage On a nice soft roll. im not a cheese-on-fish sandwich kinda person.. but if youre into that nonsense, we can do that.. it IS your sandwich. Sounds nice.
